Aspire to be Network specialize in five areas

Aspire To Be Network has developed a mobile app with all the Senior High and Tertiary institutions and their courses in Ghana. It aims to help students map out a path by linking what they are studying and the grades required for admission into higher education.

Career fairs are organised annually for pupils at all levels. The location will be university campuses across the country, and these will be interactive and host different skill development programs and workshops for specific careers.

The volunteer teaching sessions admits JHS, SHS and Tertiary Students. In this session, qualified and experienced professionals will administer one-off or regular lectures for students. These lectures aim to help students understand the practicality of some subjects and topics taught at school and how these subjects can help in career development.

People with authority in their respective fields. Mentors will volunteer to have mini-lectures for specific courses or careers. The mentoring program will be in the form of a campus tour, webinars, lectures, breakfast meetings, short inspirational videos, or one-on-one interactive sessions.

Self-led and activity-oriented. Mentors and coaches will assist participants at all levels to develop personal action plans such as a 5-year career development plan subject to annual review and rolling forward to cover subsequent years. Thus, participants can keep an updated 5-year career development plan at any point in time regardless of the level of education.
